Atlanta Mission Women's and Children's services are provided at My Sister's House, a 264 bed facility that offers overnight and residential care for women and women with children experiencing homelessness.
Pebble Tossers hosts a Fun Activities Night the first Friday of most months. Volunteers help with organizing games, activities, arts & crafts, movie nights, mini-spas for the moms, serve snacks and etc. In November we will do a Thanksgiving activity.
Volunteers must be at least 11 yrs. old and if under 16 you need to have an adult with you. Volunteers 18 or older that have not created a profile with the Atlanta Mission MUST do that in addition to registering with for the project. For November: If you will be volunteering on November 1, we are asking volunteers to bring holiday wrapping paper to be used for decorating doors in December.

The Atlanta Mission has onsite parking for My Sister's House off 9th Street. From Howell Mill, turn onto 9th St. (going behind the Atlanta Mission building), the parking area is on the right. Go up to the gate and press the button and tell them you are coming to My Sister's House for the Activity Night. Park anywhere in the lot. Walk through the playground and go straight ahead to the glass doors in the front to meet the Pebble Tossers' Service Leader.
