The Spruill Center for the Arts fosters creativity and social connections through the arts. They offer a variety of classes and camps.
Volunteer Needs: The Spruill Center for the Arts is in need of volunteers (aged 13 - 19) for their Art Camp program to assist instructors and to enhance the experience for their campers (ages 5-10). Art Camp is held when school is not in session such as President's Day, spring break, summer, and other holidays. For summer camp, volunteers must be able to volunteer for the entire week.
HOW TO REGISTER: Before registering on the Pebble Tossers calendar volunteers must complete the Spruill Center for the Arts volunteer application. Click here for the application. After the application has been approved, members can then register on the Pebble Tossers calendar for the week(s) approved. Volunteers must be able to volunteer the entire week.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm
Volunteers must commit to the entire 5 days(4 during a holiday week) of each camp session for scheduling purposes
Assist with AM/PM Carpool.
Assist with AM prepping and PM clean up/organizing of classrooms.
Assist instructor with set up, facilitating, and cleaning up of projects

Notes: Volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes, and bring their own lunch, drinks, and snacks. Wear old clothes that they don't mind getting paint on.
