2025 KSU Day of Service

I really had so much fun! I really like learning facts about how the Cherokees used to plants for medicine and for dye! Also found it weird satisfying to pull out the weeds there!

The KSU day of service was very fun. The initial ceremony was great, and I appreciated the free breakfast. I volunteered at the Cherokee Garden, and I truly enjoyed the work I did there. The person directing us on what to do was so nice, and we got to contribute to making the garden more amazing than it already was. I truly feel like I made a difference in my community.

I enjoyed working at the market and would do that again in a heartbeat. They thanked me repeatedly and I felt like they valued my time.

great event
